the enemy and my teamates are throwing the game just partying in tp normally i wouldnt care but its comp and i dont want to lose my elo so is there any way for them to get punished. (sage, brim, both reynas)

it is sabotaging i guess, yeah you can report ingame for that. if enough people in that game report for that, they will get punished yeah

Sadly there is not much you can do about it. 
it looks like the enemy was purposely making it look like they threw but winning at the same time
