Summary:
The IAM Developer will be a key role in a new IAM DevOps team responsible for the development and maintenance of key systems such as SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, and Tivoli Access Manager.
The developer will assist in design and development of IAM capabilities to help solve IAM lifecycles, authentication, authorization, and other functions to support and enable our Health Benefits associates.
The successful candidate will have over 6 years of full stack developer experience with some of the core IAM technologies such as SailPoint IIQ and/or IdentityNow
The candidate must be knowledgeable in SailPoint (IIQ & IDN), Okta or Delinea.
Job Accountability based on Percentage of Time-

45% - Participate in solution design and development (core function) of new CIAM capabilities – whether projects, enhancements, or core build
35% - Provide development and engineering escalation support in a DevOps model. Develop and improve engineering and operational support via runbook documentation, systems improvements, upgrades, etc.
10% - Support and train junior staff as needed
10% - Other duties as needed/assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Minimum Requirements

Skills:
8 – 9 + years in design and coding of java applications
6 – 8 years in design and development of SailPoint
One of the two (with a willingness to learn the other)
4 – 5 years in design and development of a Federated Access Mgmt. solution (Okta preferred)
4 – 5 years involved with Privileged Access Mgmt solutions (Thycotic/Delinea preferred)
Masters in CyberSecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience
6 – 8 years in CIAM design and development
6 – 8 years in DevOps, CI/CD devops models, and/or other Delivery Model
Experience in deploying IAM solutions from the ground up (full stack developer)
