My application is being removed after successful deployment! Please help!

My app has been running for quite a while now. And I made some changes but somehow every time the deployment is successful it gets removed. I can't access my server as it says error 503

Is there anything in your applications deploy logs about an error?

This was my logs. It just shut down. I already made the logging level of my application as high as possible. It was working last night. My site was working last night but when I made some small changes this just happens. I tried to revert my changes as to the original commit when it was working and still the same
