VCore 3.1 - Weird motor issue on mesh leveling (video attached)

Hello everyone. I've been having a weird issue on probing ever since I upgraded my firmware (not sure if it's related). When the sequence finishes the first row probing, the motors make this struggling sound and lose their position. Same thing happens when the second row finishes. I am attaching a video for your reference. I disabled mesh leveling and I get a similar issue when the toolhead goes to the 'primeblob' position. Tried moving the toolhead with gcode commands and was unable to recreate the issue. I also tried disabling mesh levelling and 'primeblob' and the printer prints just fine, albeit without a properly meshed bed. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds like you have some issues in the y direction. If you disable the motors, can you freely move the toolhead? You probably feel it binding when you move it back and forth in the y direction?
