Issues with added mods not loading

I've tried adding lithium, phosphor and a mod that allows me to zoom. However for some reason these mods aren't loaded when I launch the game, any clue as to what I am doing wrong? If needed I'll post some screenshots that show what I am doing in more detail.

I recommend getting a launcher meant for this, like Prism Launcher

You are using mods that are made for different versions of Minecraft game (1.19, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.4) If you will use mods, all your mods needs to be compatible with the Minecraft version that you will play. You can't combine mods versions except some specific cases that some "old" mods works well with newer versions of Minecraft, but, repeating, they are isolated cases. For example, phosphor is not longer manteined and you need to be replaced by starlight that is compatible with the latest version of Minecraft.

technically you can use dependency overrides (more advance users though) also some versions of Simply Optimised has to use dependency overrides for certain mods in the modpack
