Delay
When i press keys outside of fortnite there is no delay but then when im in fortnite there is sometimes a big delay then all of the keys i pressed press at the same time and it makes a loud noise. basically what im trying to say is im fortnite there is delay when i press my keyboard but when im not in fortnite there is a delay. please help

you can try raising the priority of mechakeys in your task manager

We're planning on a new version of mechakeys from scratch to address some of these perf issues.
this one may be a bit tough to fix though as its not entirely clear where the holdup is happening
driver => Win APIs => libuihook => iohook => ipc => howler => web audio api
any of these points and transitions could be the culprit.
but i believe its likely an issue of the left side (which is harder to fix).
as Inx mentioned, your best bet atm is to play around with priorities

sorry, but we canโt guarantee that. the process of linking isnโt something that we have direct control over. new mechakeys updates are solely focused on features & improvements to the app
