What exactly are you asking for here? The game in question seems to only be available on Steam, so I'd doubt it uses EOS

Well, they're using Unreal Engine, which is also an Epic Games product
Regardless, the game isn't available on any storefront Heroic supports, so I'm still not sure what you're asking for here
