Production Project Stuck Restoring [Urgent]

We have a production project stuck restarting after upgrading to Large and then back to Micro after facing issues with Realtime WebSockets, I submitted an Urgent level tick because I saw 1-hour response times, but got an automated email saying 24-48 hours. Is anyone in support available now? @supasquad
