URGENT: Production DOWN - Project Stuck / Postgres FailedHello Team, I need urgent help unlocking my project.

Context:
I tried to rotate my JWT Secret. The operation failed mid-way.
Now my project is stuck in a zombie state:
1. API requests return 401 (Prod is down).
2. Dashboard returns error: "failed to restart PostgreSQL service".
3. "Pause Project" button is greyed out/disabled.
I am completely locked out and cannot restart the instance manually.
Can an engineer please hard-reset the project state?
