In this video its pretty well explained how you can get rid of the tilt in the back of the bed (so your high and low spot at y=400)
The ridge in the middle could be your spring steel bed, i had a cheap aliexpress one that also hat a deep river in it. Was probably bent and then bent back leaving that ridge.
Did you measure with a spring steel bed?
thanks i watched the video and hammered slightly on the b axes, did z tilt and now i got a better result 🙂
i measured with just the metal plate without magnetic foil / peid sheat! still not installed
what would be an ok result? does this mean the rest of the adjustments are just my bended bed? it's the original from ratrig so should it be better?
Very nice 🙂
I guess you're using a superpinda?
without the metal plate it will still trigger on the aluminum sheet alone, however a lot closer.
I would suggest you either remove your nozzle, or put your probe lower (whatever is easier for you) so the probe touches the bed first.
Then you can mesh your bed without the sheet and verify its flatness.
very happy about it 🙂 yes i am using superpinda, will do, but one question, the wave form is to my understanding on the y frame? does this mean i should unscrew the linear rails on the y frames (left and right) and rescrew because there is now bending after the bump on the B side?
i did a 12x12 mesh to better visualize 🙂
Yes could also be your y frame. When you do this, loosen all screws and tighten them starting on one side going along the rail to the other side. Best is you follow that step in the X-gantry alignment, its explained very well.
Dont loosen both at once our you get them out of alingment.
But honestly I would check first if it is not the metal sheet. Its a lot easier than retigtening and aligning the y rails

If you do loosen your y-rails, make sure you follow this guide closely, especially step 3. And check if everything moves without binding and is still aligned properly and square.
