App unreachable after db migration

Hi there, I had migrated the Postgre DB from plugin to service, it says "Plugin has been successfully migrated to the database service". The variables are correctly set, but the app doesn't work. I tried to redeploy it and the deploy logs have some errors. All of them, related to TINI: "To fix the problem, use the -s option or set the environment variable TINI_SUBREAPER to register Tini as a child subreaper, or run Tini as PID 1."
