My issue is I think during heroic. The game will show that it's playing with the green icon, then instantly switch back a yellow icon.
(So it runs, but instantly stops.)
For context, it's a GOG game, with a exe and bin file.

I got it from GOG.
I guess I'm running it with proton? (Don't really understand what you mean, as I can't get the game to run at all.)

he just left the server but I have Tuxedo OS 2 (based on Ubuntu if that matters) and I had to do

steamdeck has it built in.. and you cant just add programs to steam os outside of flatpak
the deck has an immutable os
(you can of course turn dev mode on and bypass the immutability, but then if you update the deck, it will remove your changes and restore it back to the locked immutable mode)

Well, it does need to be installed
It's just auto-installed for Flatpak

I tried using FSR Hack it didn;t work then I tried gamescope it just eats fps caps them to 30 and just doesnt upscale how to get fsr hack to work

no my Nvidia card fried it just doesnt work...
I ahave a laptop so cant remove it...
so its running with igpu
if its not then its supposed to xD

I was never good at "detecting" these image enhancers, but if you're using Wine-GE, you should be using FSR
Try settings

that goes in the
environment variables table
key is WINE_FULLSCREEN_FSR_STRENGTH and value is 0, make sure to click the button that confirms adding the variable (I think it's a + button)rival-black•2y ago
