d3dcompiler_43 or d3dcompiler_47 installed with Winetricks (button in the game settings). Please report back on which one worked, we'll add it to our automatically-applied fixes then

DDidnt need d3dcomp here
AFriend helped me solve it. Pressed "Run exe on prefix" in the game settings and reinstalled directX completely by pressing DXSETUP.exe
AGames is working now
