Chat glitching (?)

Hello!! I think I found a cw glitch but idk, this happens everytime I play/join my friend or he joins me. He uses the vanguard chat tag and this just pops up. Ive tried to ignore it but it gets kinda annoying when it fills the chat and im not so sure whats happening! I checked everywhere for any findings of this and found nothing. Maybe its a setting im missing? Idk, but if theres a fix please ping me! Ty!
