udev looks in a weird state, which usually happens if you updated and udev didnt restart properly after it was updated
you also need to be sure you've got your nvidia vulkan stuff set up when you do

arch wiki tells you
post new log, but i didnt expect it to fix anything, you're using the open nvidia drivers and havent setup vulkan so of course it fails
