Check the following paths to look for and copy your files around as you desire:
1) My Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader-1.4.3 (1.4.3-Legacy)
2) My Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader (1.4.4 folder)
3) My Documents\My Games\Terraria\ModLoader (1.3-Legacy folder)
There is also an in-game "Migrate" button that can be used.
