Tiered cache
I previously had an issue with tiered cache in which some regions an empty file would be served, was this issue ever fixed? Considering turning it back on as it's been quite some months but dont want to run into issues again.
There are a couple posts on forums mentioning similar but not sure if this has been addressed.
