Make separate channels?

Aight so I need yall help, I'm a Youtuber that specializes in the entertainment/irl videos niche And I have a twitch (it got 2 followers don't think I'm famous) Aight so if I wanna start streaming again (for example, Minecraft videos) and I do other game related videos (so videos and streams) would it be best to make a second/another youtube channel for that? There's mfs that do streams but it's streams like reactions and try not to laugh and rates but they still count as streams, those aren't gaming videos (its irl streams) so would it be best to make the irl stream type of videos and put them on my entertainment/irl niche channel and then make a whole separate channel for gaming and game streams alone or would there be another way that's better? (If yall are confused Ima put screenshots so yall can connect it to what yall just read) Edit: I forgot to mention that I do all my videos (and streams when I make streams) on mobile (my phone) since Ion got a camera or a P.C Another edit: So if I make another channel that means I would have to make another tiktok to separate the different niches of content, or would it be better to post gaming videos on my main tiktok? (Ima send screenshots of what tiktoks I make), I promote my Youtube channel on my tiktoks and I've been doing that a lot recently ngl but I just make general tiktok content like slideshows and allat, Ion make dance vids kuz Ion know how to dance
