I already attempted to download vcrun2022 but it keeps getting aborted, something about retesting it with a clean 32 bit opposed to my 64.

if you shut down steam completely and heroic, then boot heroic and install vcrun2022 for ghost runner does it work?
(this wouldnt be the first time having steam open messes with wine ime)

if you deleted your prefix it will need to be reinstalled

yea looks like its not finding a display
you can try disabling dedicated gpu and see if dxvk does what its supposed to and auto picks the dedicated card

try not to switch prefix types in testing, proton doesnt give good logs anyway

but its probably using the igpu if its slow
you might want to make sure you do not pick directx 12 in the drop down when you start the game.. i noticed this didnt generally work for me
and retry with the dedicated card enabled

things I would try: deleting the prefix and starting over and also verifying that wine-ge-latest is the most recently available version

The folder is listed in your log or in the game’s settings page
Just delete it in Dolphin
