If you press the windows key and type "System Inforrmation" you should be able to see "Secure boot state" is this on or off?

Okay so
You're going to need to switch your bios from Legacy to UEFI
I suggest looking this up or getting someone with experience to do this for you as it can lead to file loss
Should I disable csm

I suppose so yes
Because you want to boot UEFI and not CSM
But to boot UEFI you need a GPT partition
so i suggest looking if your windows is installed on a GPT partition or an MBR
