I have same issue with Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch. There are no errors during the installation. It actually looks like the vnc install and configuration is missing from the termux setup script. I'm ok just with CLI so I can do without vnc server. Since I don't see it in the install script, the only solution might be to install something like tightvncserver, configure password and hope it works 🤔
