Looking for wardrobe help. Retail casual

I work in a pawn shop. We deal with a lot of general merchandise sales, jewelry sales, and guns. We dont have a standard dress code or uniform. At 1 store we had company logo shirts. At another we wore dress shirts, ties, and pants. At my current store some people wear gun logo shirts. Some wear basic polos. Some wear Cheetoh or Powerpuff girl tshirts. That's how slack the code is. I'm just wanting to look nice. So I can transition from selling pistols 1 moment to a $2,000 diamond ring the next. I would really like to stick with jeans because of the comfort of having to constantly move around (plus tools and yard equipment can get messy). I currently have black Hokas for the comfort and some medium darkness blue jeans. What tops would you recommend? Also any other color pants or types of shoes recommendations would be nice. Live in NC so currently it's 30s-50s and during the summer it can get 90-100 degrees. Would prefer budget friendly options. Trying to lose 20-30 lbs so I might be getting new warddrobe again during the year.

Flannels for cooler weather, linen for hot days. If there’s a Uniqlo near you they’re a decent budget friendly option. Otherwise you can check out goodwill or other thrift shops. A lot of people recommend new balances for comfort. Can’t go wrong with converses either and you can find those on sale for decent prices. For pants, maybe some brown corduroy and grey trousers.

I'd poke around #fashion-guides There's really tons of options and you don't seem to have any terribly hard requirements so doing some research yourself to see what kind of shirts you like will be more helpful at this stage imo
