Sudden increase in network usage

I have a telegram bot that is being used in thousands of groups. Lately I have been facing these sudden increases in network usage. When this happens, the bot becomes so slow. Is this normal? If not, what are the possible causes? Project id: f3fd9c01-7862-4c98-aa9b-700f8fefcf19
