I forgot the new email I created to login at n8n and they have no Forgot my Password at the moment.
Can you help me to overwrite my email there or should I talk to them?

if you forgot all the credentials you used to setup n8n, neither railway nor n8n can help you.
you will need to start fresh with a new n8n install...
