Who can I talk to about getting a penalty removed?
I have an ex that took my e-mail and got to all of my logins though it and unfortunately they were extremely petty and got my Valorant account banned, I have been spending money on this game for a while now and I was hoping for someone to be able to help me with this problem. I haven’t been using comms because as a girl in the community I get a ton of discrimination and I’m fully aware of the terms of service and wouldn’t break those especially on a game I spend money on so frequently. I understand that this is not Riot’s issue it’s a personal one but I was just able to get the person from all of my accounts however, my account will not let me play and I was wondering who I could talk to that can get me some help on the situation. I’ve been penalized in the past due to the community being sexist toward me and me retaliating but this time is genuinely not my fault and would like to find someone who can help me with getting this worked out. I’ve been in the community for a while, and my tickets I post online or never received or looked at I don’t feel like and I really just need some relief in the situation. My card information was taken from the account, and other things but ultimately I was peace of mind in having my accounts access restored to me.
