What is the context of the error? What system are you entering that hostname into and what are you expecting to achieve?

Don't add those there. As said in the message above the input box, those two are included by default.
Is the zone activated? You can't issue certs for a zone that isn't activated and I actually can't see a trace of that domain being registered at all unless I spelt it wrong
