@HikariKnight @KyleGospo I got around to installing Bazzite on my system. I was asking you two some questions about overclocking Nvidia the other day. https://discord.com/channels/1072614816579063828/1191987733166559323 I've had a breakthrough! Overclocking Nvidia is totally possible on newer cards without requiring X11 using the new NVML library and a python script to easily write into the required C calls. https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/17kx3vu/how_to_crudely_overclock_your_nvidia_gpu_on/?rdt=63764 I will mention: GWE as installed by Bazzite Portal is worthless even in an X11 session as GWE still requires the coolbits flag to be modified in etc/X11/xorg.conf. Modifying clocks in this way does not seem possible in a safe way in Bazzite as it requires X11 to be running as root. I would recommend anyone else looking to set clocks on nvidia to try the NVML route.
