"Failed to register worker in local service registry TypeError" problem

Greetings, Every time I run my cloudflare worker application, which I created from scratch today, I keep getting this error. I deleted it and created it again, but I couldn't solve the error and I couldn't find a solution for it. If anyone has this problem or knows the solution, I would appreciate if you could help me.
