i am about to cry cause ive downloaded GPTK (apple) and i also have whiskey. I also have C++ downloaded and ive looked everywhere in the internet but it seems only i have this problem

you can try doing settings > winetricks > search for vcrun2022 > install > wait until it's done and run the game

i do not have winetricks i only have 3 listed as :WINE ADVANCED CLOUD SAVES SYNC :/ i am really sorry i'm really new to GPTK and have no idea what you mean :CatYeah:

sorry my mind is all boggled because ive been trying to get this stupid game to work, i meant does heroic have this pop up issue regarding c++ on all epic games for mac or does the universe have a personal grudge against me so the universe hates me, got it :CatYeah:

nah possibly some had the samme issue aswell , just people fixed it , cause they knew the problem already so didt need to create a support ticket

Go to the games settings And click the winetricks button You have to scroll down a bit then install vcrun2019 No it's fine You will get it with the next release anyway

in the winetricks dialog, use the input field and type vcrun2019, then click the Install button

And click install It does require Internet, but you don't have to do anything It does everything by itself

if it complains about vcrun again just use run exe on prefix with the vcredist file also 8gb of ram is not enough for this game I think it's not worth trying with 8gb
