I was able to update ports earlier and it connected successfully but is now saying unable.

We changed ports with the same IP then I updated BM and everything went fine. After a few moments I saw the error message "The server is not online" on my dashboard and no matter how many time I try to connect it just doesn't anymore. Server ID: 24934044

Solution:
It seems like the issues was setting the IP in rcon.cfg file to our ip instead of 0.0.0.0, reverting it back to 0.0.0.0 solved the issued. I'm getting an RCON refused error for the server. When was the last time the server was restarted? What is your max connection limit set to?
