XY matches, but....not tight enough? maybe?

is it possible to tell from a resonance graph if your belts are tight enough? here's my graph. you'll see that X and Y are pretty much equal. But my prints lean rather heavily. As you go up in Z, it seems to shift in both X and Y directions. I wondered if maybe my belts simply aren't tight enough?

I think that means 1 or both of the set-screws on the pulleys attached to the motors are loose. So the pulley is slightly "slipping" on the motor shaft throughout the print, causing drifting. but i could be wrong

And the answer is: My belt tighteners were not seated into the locking nut. they were secured into the PART, but not the nut! My cubes are square!
