The database Mysql\Redis cannot work, and the product has been out of service for more than 24 hours

I have a Mysql service and a Redis service. Can't upgrade to V2 The database service cannot be started either. Our product is currently in a stopped state for more than 24 hours as it cannot be started and cannot provide a project ID. I am very anxious. I'm already a Pro user but can't start my database

does this redis plugin exist within a project on your pro plan?
Zisu | Owlando🦉
yes

hmmm im not seeing anything that would prove that, you are able to open hobby projects while selected on a pro user open the project's settings, in general scroll down and click the transfer project button, does it give you an option to move it to your pro team?

Already belongs to team trade

i am able to select my team and still open my hobby projects while staying selected on the team, please confirm via my method above
Zisu | Owlando🦉
yes .i see it But there is no transfer to the paid team workspace, because Mysql/Redis itself already belongs to the team workspace

you are right, that is definite proof, apologies for doubting, but you would not have been the first can you try logging out, clearing cache, and logging back in?
Zisu | Owlando🦉
Don't be sorry, Bro. Although I am anxious, I understand that this is not your personal problem.

@thomas - urgent, railway thinks a user on the team plan has run out of free credits and their databases have shut down, the project is indeed located in the team

@Zisu | Owlando🦉 - was this project dragged into the Pro account at some point? One thing that is weird is that your database is using 512 MB of RAM which is absolutely not the right limit.
Zisu | Owlando🦉
Not sure, but it should have turned into a team project at some point.

So you got hit with a prehistoric Railway bug I am so sorry, all the more reason we need people to migrate. So breaking this down, my best guess here is that we used to enforce plan limits at the service/plugin level, when you moved the obj. it never updated the limit, that means your DB never used more RAM (and was super slow) It OOMed finally and crashed, when you needed to restart it, the V1 free plan restore code path was gone so you were stuck. I would advise that you migrate, yesterday, of which I see you doing. It would 1) Give you the Pro limits you are paying for 2) Let you restart and modify your DBs with more control @Zisu | Owlando🦉 - soft ping to help you with your migration @Zisu | Owlando🦉, sorry again to be annoying, you still seem to be using the old database
