Bed coming closer when doing probe_calibrate
Hey everyone,
I'm currently at my wits end. When ever I do a probe_calibrate I see the Z getting smaller and smaller. I'm uncertain what the problem could be. At first I thought it was my motors or a connection / screw somewhere that was loose but I checked that. I dont think it is binding because the bed is "overshooting" its target, because it is moving closer to the nozzle not further away. I'll design and print a dial gauge holder and clamp that to the X Extrusion and move the bed manually when I get the chance this weekend to see if its my motion system or the probe. Maybe one of you has another tip in the mean time what I should or could check.
I am using a 3DTouch probe on a 500by500 V-Core3.0 Probe was used on 250,250.
Here are three results done one after the other:
-> probe_accuracy probe_speed=2 samples=50 sample_retract_dist=5
First: probe accuracy results: maximum 1.191562, minimum 1.143437, range 0.048125, average 1.166825, median 1.166094, standard deviation 0.012841
Second: probe accuracy results: maximum 1.147500, minimum 1.102500, range 0.045000, average 1.123575, median 1.123906, standard deviation 0.013060
Third: probe accuracy results: maximum 1.100625, minimum 1.048437, range 0.052188, average 1.076475, median 1.076875, standard deviation 0.013948
