Are the database migrations in a standard format that could be supported by other tools?
Being able to write auto migration extensions for Prisma, Entgo, etc would be useful.

Eso supabase can run them in branching/etc

OIn the case of Supabase, each sql file is the migration, running sequentially the file

ONot really, simply by reading the file from the top to the bottom, like a simple js code, go code, any language code
