Is this running locally via wrangler dev? If so then wrangler dev doesn't use the remote resources like the D1 database. You can run your worker with --remote--remote to use the remote resources which does cost or add your data manually locally

What would be the easiest way to test queries on D1? I'm trying to figure out how to use the json queries, but it feels like updating a worker to be able to "evaluate" a query is a little sub-par. Is there anything like the typical db management app/service, like DB Browser for SQLite, phpmyadmin, pgadmin, etc?
