Hi, we tried to setup the DNS on cloudflare but it doesn't propagate.

You have proxy enabled, so Cloudflare serves A/AAAA records instead It's not valid to have a CNAME on your root/apex domain (since other records like SOA have to live there), so even unproxied CF would still flatten it and it wouldn't show as a CNAME your site works fine for me as well
