Want to confirm something. If your TWN is frozen, can a BGC bypass checking your SSN through TWN by checking the Employer Code instead? Can't seem to find anything affirmative on the servers or on the subreddit.

I don't believe they can. I wouldn't treat this as a viable fail vector unless there's an actual fail story
True screen has some variation of this, using IRS data alongside twn
But they still need your permissions to do it not so much a bypass

Thanks I did read that as well. I'm gonna give TWN a call and see. Would ideally like to buy a background check on myself, rather than the conventional route of getting your own free report.
For anyone curious, I called TWN and they said if a BGC is being run and they have the employer code, they still need your SSN to access it, and since that is frozen, they won't be able to run it
