About terms of service (TOS)

Hi I was planning to deploy a bot to automate some tasks for whatsapp users. I was wondering, would this infringe the TOS? In the TOS it is mentioned to avoid "Mirrors/Userbots", would this classify as such? my bot essentially would work as a concierge and would not actually represent a real human user. I attempted to look for the definition of Userbot but seems like it is referring to just an account pretending to be human and interacting. Thanks in advance
Solution:
if you're using meta cloud api you can host it on railway without any issues

the team has expressed interest in removing userbot from the fair use policy. as long as youre on the hobby plan and there is clear indication that the user is talking to a bot then i dont see an issue

Does this indication apply for free tier and pro tier too?

There's two types of Whatsapp Bots, what kind are you trying to deploy? One that uses the META CLOUD API or one made with whatsapp web? The first option is (cloud api) you can host it on railway as a matter of fact i have several of em, the second one you can't right now like brody said
