Looking to get the smoothest possible recordings/no duplicate frames
Hello there, sorry if I'm being some sort of silly goose, but I've been messing around with recordings lately using OBS and no matter what I try I get the same problem. Basically when I import the recordings into the timeline, and scan through frame by frame, sometimes I see the same frame twice. Sometimes so much though that its like 50FPS recording instead of 60. Recording using AV1 on the 4090
