Is it possible to access the same Volume from multiple project environments?

I would like to have a volume that is accessible to both Production and Dev environments so I dont have to duplicate image uploads. Is that possible?

it is not, a volume can only be attached to a single service

Ok figured that much. Would you recommend using another service like Cloudinary? Or would I be able to mount a volume to a separate Project Service that I could then access from multiple environments in the master Project

cloudinary is a good option, you could also use railway's minio template, but keep in mind you will incur egress fees with both solutions because you would be accessing them over the public network
