Prison Architect Wouldn't run
After starting the game from epic games option in heroic it's showed as running for a few seconds and then the button turns back to "play now". i'm using the latest wine-GE and GameMode is disabled

Your gpu doesn't support Vulkan
Turn off dxvk and vkd3d
Not a promise it will work, but that's your best shot
In addition to the above:
1. Clear out your Wineprefix (delete
/home/garry/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/Prison Architect)
2. Set the alternative EXE in the game settings ("Advanced" tab) to /home/garry/Games/Heroic/eurekaPublic/Prison Architect64.exelike-goldOP•2y ago
how do i turn off dxvk and vkd3d ?
sorry i'm a linux newbie
Those are also in the game settings in Heroic ("Auto Install/Update DXVK on Prefix" and "Auto Install/Update VKD3D on Prefix" respectively)

you don't want DXVK-NVAPI either if you can't use DXVK
