VP not being added into my account
Has anyone in ever had a similar experience? Would love your inputs on how to go through with this.
I purchased VP yesterday from the in-game store. But for a weird reason the payment page was taking a lot of time to respond. I paid through UPI and the money got debited from my account but unfortunately no VP was credited. It's been more than 24 hours, I have created a ticket on the riot support page which has not received a response yet. I'm sure they're working on it but meanwhile I wanted opinions from the community if they've ever gone through something similar.
