purchased VP point are not added in game
Purchased In-game shop for the VP point, gone through different platform for the payment and finally i got the message like my transaction is completed and show the Old VP + new VP point equals and all but in- game its not reflecting, Raised a ticket in RIOT but from past 2 days its on OPEN status only. Does anyone know what I do next?
