Frame Adjustment advice
Hello guys,
After running a bed mesh, I have this problem: deviation is too high. So which position should I change ?
Note that 0,0 is Front Left and the Highest point is Back Left Corner

You must lowered the left side
Yes, and this is what happened after. any advice ?
now adjust the front 3030 piece
of the x gantry
@C7H fix the x gantry by u scrrwming the rail and then screwing it either left to right or right to left as equally as you can.
What is essentiapy happening it that the x gantry/rail is bowing upwards here.
Mine is enclosed so I don’t have it
He meant the 2020 x gantry extrusion @C7H
Oh I use the lightweight beam instead. What will I adjust
You are using a custom bean on the x. What you can do is:
A) diaassbele it and the straighten the rail on a 2020 extrusion with a torque wrench, and the put some books on the custom gantry to make it as flat as possible.
Then reasseble.
B) be very gentle with this but push slowly down where the Blue areas are.
Blue areas mean it is further away so that means that you need to push that area down.
Do this gently with hands and then remesh
Do it until its more flat
Always re home and z tilt after each
Otherwise you'll get false results.
In your case the gantry is bowing upwards so push it in the middle down a bit with hands
Again gently. You dont want to bend down too much.
C) Sticky notes to make the blue point moves up
I do wish to do the B thing but I may do the C
If you put tape at least add kapton tape
Yes, exactly This is what I have achieved
You are still dipping, add more fiddle with it, and get it as flat as you can. I suggest adding more points so you have a bigger reference to follow on what needs fixing.
But when you fix the X gantry, you will see that the frame on the back and sides will straighten as well.
So don't touch the y or the bed till you get that sorted out
Aye Bet. Thanks bro. Great advice
How did you manage the back extrusions ?
I didn't, Mostly focus on the front.
