The hobby plan doesn’t give you a guaranteed SLA. If your app is vital to have running, upgrade to the pro plan.

but due to yesterday's failed payment invoice, i am not able to unlock the pro plan.

the team has a lot of their plate right now with the database migration stuff, please be patient

though i already have added credits, it still tells me to add again
i would recommend not going for the pre-paid subscription
and where can i see the added credits in my account ?
from my understanding, you paid an invoice not loaded credits

i cant see the credits there 😦
then could the credits you loaded have been used to pay for resources that you have used
but i added 20credits to upgrade to the hobby plan
but how will i know ?

i will do the payment in next 6-7 hours, coz the cc with me is not working, will do the payment from the other cc in the morning.
rn i have activated my services and i will move to hobby plan in the morning, then i have to check why some of my apps are taking so much memory usage... will be disturbing u again i guess 😦

no such thing as disturbing me, but ill say now theres not much we can do about how much memory your apps use
actually i think I'm deffinitely doing something wrong because of which memory usage is shooting.. I need to fix that
