The hobby plan doesn’t give you a guaranteed SLA. If your app is vital to have running, upgrade to the pro plan.

Yes I will now. thanks to the support, i got a payment link and done the payment. but due to yesterday's failed payment invoice, i am not able to unlock the pro plan.

ok fixing ok voided out the invoice that was unpayed and unpayable which service do you want me to deploy I think you can do it yourself but if you can't I don't have time right now to fix this for you and would rather just admin deploy whatever you want to come back to this later

i will do the payment in next 6-7 hours, coz the cc with me is not working, will do the payment from the other cc in the morning. rn i have activated my services and i will move to hobby plan in the morning, then i have to check why some of my apps are taking so much memory usage... will be disturbing u again i guess 😦 Thank you @Brody , appreciate the support.
