Mod Organizer crashes on launch, but works when 'run exe on prefix'
I have set up a prefix to run Mod Organizer with Stalker GAMMA.
Everything is set up right - I can play the game. However, this is posted because I think I have found a bug in Heroic.
Launching Mod Organizer via 'Launch' causes Mod Organizer to crash with files not found, I suspect due to its virtual file system being unable to be started correctly
However, if I use the same prefix and same executable but run it via the 'run exe on prefix' button - it starts correctly and everything works.
Why? Why are the two methods doing it differently and how can I make it launch without having to do the tedious exe on prefix method?

I have some preliminary questions
First, you have that
~/DriveTwo folder which I can only assume is a symlink to another drive. What file system is that other drive?
Second, you have "winePrefix": "/home/stubkan/DriveTwo/Stalker/pfx" while your exe is at /home/stubkan/DriveTwo/GAMMA/ModOrganizer.exe. Is this the prefix for the game?other-emeraldOP•17mo ago
Yes, /DriveTwo is a separate drive I mounted there, which is my game ssd
The prefix is in /pfx
The problem seems to me is that Heroic functions completely differently with the same prefix, same exe, same folder locations - the only thing I do different is running the ModOrganizer.exe via clicking Launch or selecting it via 'run exe on prefix'
Both result in different outcomes - and it seems to me, that shouldnt be occuring

What file system is this drive?
Putting this inside the game folder can be problematic

the prefix contains the game to run in pfx/drive_c/anomaly
mod organizer is outside the prefix
mod organizer loads mods into game folder inside prefix by using virtual file system into pfx/drive_c/anomaly/
