Jhuh, it all looks correct, not sure what's happening. Did you see a windows firewall prompt maybe?
JIf not, you can try launching the server manually, it's in the install directory, the
start-tModLoaderServer.bat file, then follow the prompts to select a world and launch. Then join via IP using localhostcan my friends join
JYeah, they should be able to. Might need to give them your IP address instead of a steam invite, not sure. First make sure it works for you, since you are the one having the issue
