Migration required? Postgres DB started from Docker Image
We host our production Postgres instance on Railway, launched via the railwayapp-templates/postgres-ssl image: https://github.com/railwayapp-templates/postgres-ssl/pkgs/container/postgres-ssl
Regarding the announcement https://discord.com/channels/713503345364697088/820082368273973289/1199772606522466387, I'm logged into Railway and do not see a migrate banner on our instance, even though we've done no action to our DB so far. Am I correct in understanding that DBs launched via Docker are not required to migrate? I just wanted to confirm as we do have live production users using this DB instance

that's correct, you are already running a v2 database, and if you don't see a migration message on any of your projects from the dashboard, then you don't need to take any actions at all
