Hello, @Aesha! Could you please share a screenshot of the your current claim status and a screenshot of the response you have received from the customer service?
This means that your claim has been submitted, @Aesha. The result of the claim will be shared with you through your email that you provided to the in-game customer service when submitting the account recovery request.

My account has ben hacked , how i can recover ? I did in game “Help” and account recovery , and i put my id , from last week untill mow pubg didn t answered nothing… what may can i do for recovery my account ?

Hacker linked his mobile number and enabled the 2 factor authentication, my email and facebook is still linked but i can not login

Hey! The same thing happened to me. The only thing that was able to help me was emailing customer support and contacting customer support in the game. I also filed a claim. They ask you questions and if you answer most of them correctly they will remove his association with your account. I was able to bring my account back in 6 days.
