@Kunal Bagaria could you explain further what you are trying to achieve?
Hey so we basically created our apps in the default organization, but applied all the configurations to a new org under our actual company name — and we'd live to move those apps without having to create new apps in that org

Thanks for confirming. So within Kinde, 'Applications' sit above 'Organisations,' so it's not possible to set up an application within an organization.
Unless when you say 'Application' are you referring to your product?
